The building includes an access and reception platform, creating a distance from the street, and presents a more opaque front which is broken by the entrance. The area resulting from the folding of the façade and roof opens out to the east, towards the park and lake from areas which are more or less open, depending on use, making for a windowed balcony, patio or terrace over the lake as required.
